New Feature Update 9-30-23: Consolidation Budget for Networks that has more than one school

In response to overwhelming request, we have now add a network consolidation budget features within Opus budget now.  This will apply to all all budget sections including in Act 1, Act 3 and Act 4 budget section. 

 

What's updated: 

 

If you are a network with more than one school, you now can pull your individual school's budget and create a consolidated network budget. This will provide you the oversight and overview on the your network's full budgets.  

 

To add this network conslidation school, please submit a ticket direct for this request. Once our IT add this consolidation school for you, then you can follow the instruction below to create your consolidation budget. 

 

There are no limits of how many schools that you can include in your consolidation budget.  

 

Frontend section of Network school

1. Login to the school frontend page as “School Admin”.

2. In the “Dashboard” page, you can see a section “Schools In Network“ whish lists all the schools under this Network.

3. Also you can see two links in “Dashboard” page (Budget Details, Budget Summary)
   

4. Clicking on “Budget Summary“ will show the combined budget summary report of all schools in the network.

5. Clicking on “Budget Details“ will show the combined budget details report of all schools in the network.
