How do I create a "Approved" and/or "Amendment" budget?

To create these, you must first have the following budget created within OPUS:

1. "Starting Budget"
2. At least one "Scenario Budget."

Then within each "Scenario Budget," you will be able to click on "Approve this budget" to convert it into "Approved Budget" or "Amendment Budget" if an "Approved budget" already existed.
