How do we use "Message"?

Within OPUS, you can now be able to send and reply message directly to two different type of users: 

- By Roles:  This allow you to send a group message to a single user type group. Such as school admin, school users, etc.  

- By Individual user

Once the message in send, the recipient will receive automatic email notification.  Their pending message will also listed at the top of the page "Message" as well on their own "Dashboard".
