Why can't I upload documents to "Document" section?

The section is designed only to allow you to search and download what you've uploaded through individual Modules and sections.  

You will not be able to upload documents directly in this section.  

To upload the documents, you must go through individual module and sections to upload the related documents directly from there.   

For example, if you want to upload documents related to board by-law, please go to the "Board document upload section" and upload the By-law document directly from there.
