As part of the guidance efforts, our system will automatically recognize and identify based on your response and/or selection and flag anything that does not meet the industry best practice standards and rule by providing the following two type of flag system." 

1. Alert:  This is the recommendation only based on the industry best practice standards. 
2. Warning:  You must update your answers here to meet the industry best practice standards.
